Stowmarket Life Claimed Listing Prize Draw 2026: Terms & Conditions

The photo shoot in the first prize is kindly provided by Jessica's Cosy Studio Photography ("the Sponsor").

You don't need to buy anything or pay anything to enter. Claiming a listing on Stowmarket Life is free. You don't need a paid Stowmarket Life Pro subscription to enter or win, and having one doesn't improve your chances.

The draw opens at 00:00 on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 20 November 2026, UK time ("Closing Date").

The draw is open to businesses, organisations, sole traders and clubs with a listing on stowmarket.life for which a claim has been submitted by an owner or authorised representative by the Closing Date and is subsequently verified. Representatives must be 18 or over and authorised to accept a prize for the business.

Every eligible listing under clause 5 gets one entry, including listings claimed before 23 October 2026, as long as it is still claimed on the day of the draw. You don't need to do anything else to enter.

Each business gets one entry and can win only one prize, however many listings, team members or locations it has. Duplicate listings, or listings created only to get extra entries, will be disqualified.

The following can't enter: Jessica's Cosy Studio Photography (the Sponsor), its owners and staff; 41Flow Ltd / Stowmarket Life, its directors, employees and their immediate families; and anyone else professionally involved in running the draw.

There are three prizes:

Runner-up prizes (2 winners): each gets 6 months of Stowmarket Life Pro free of charge and a spotlight blog post on stowmarket.life.

Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged, and there's no cash alternative. The free Pro period starts when the winner activates it, which must be by 31 January 2027. It won't renew automatically into a paid subscription, and winners aren't obliged to pay for or continue Pro afterwards. Spotlight content is written by Stowmarket Life with the winner's input and published on dates we agree with them. The photo shoot is arranged directly between the first-prize winner and the Sponsor. It will take place on a date agreed between them, by a deadline agreed with the winner when they accept the prize, and the Sponsor is responsible for delivering it. We may substitute a prize of similar value if something outside our control makes that necessary.

Three winners and three reserves will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday 23 November 2026, using a verifiable random method. The first entry drawn wins the first prize, the second and third win the runner-up prizes, and the next three are reserves, in the order drawn.

We'll contact winners by email using the address on their claimed listing, and by phone if needed, within 2 working days of the draw. Winners have 14 days to reply and accept. If a winner doesn't reply, can't be contacted or isn't eligible, the prize goes to the next reserve.

We'll announce the names of the winning businesses on stowmarket.life and on Stowmarket Life's and the Sponsor's social channels, once they've accepted. With the winners' agreement, we may share photos from the shoot and the spotlight content. On request, we'll give the winners' names to anyone who asks within one month of the Closing Date.

We may invite businesses to share or repost campaign posts. That's entirely optional and has no effect on entry or on your chances.

We only use entrant details to run this draw and contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy (stowmarket.life/privacy). We only pass the first-prize winner's contact details to the Sponsor so the shoot can be arranged.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability.

We may disqualify entries that break these terms, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. If circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, we may amend, suspend or cancel the draw, and we'll publish any changes on this page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
