Stowmarket Stroke Support Group

We provide a service for Stroke Survivors in Stowmarket and the surrounding area who wish to improve their well-being and mental health, understand the everyday physical, emotional, and practical challenges stroke survivors face, and we support recovery, independence, and social connection. We provide a safe programme of varied weekly activities, for the benefit and well-being of our members. These include regular chair exercise sessions, speakers, music, and cognitive games/activities.
