About this activity

Are you interested in what keeps us well? Join us at our weekly Open Space drop-in to meet new people and discover local events and resources that support your wellbeing.

Open Space offers a safe, friendly, and informal environment where you can socialise, share experiences, enjoy a sense of togetherness, and most of all – have fun! All of these activities help boost mental health and wellbeing.

  • No need to register or be referred
  • Attend as often or as little as you like
  • Feel free to come and go during sessions

Open Space Stowmarket is run in partnership with Wellbeing Suffolk and Waythrough.
